Feedback on your course experience is important to your instructor and our office. Upon completion of your course you will receive an email inviting you to submit a Course Evaluation. Please take a few minutes to let us know about your Distance Education experience. Your evaluation and additional written comments will help improve the course.

Your answers will be kept private, and your instructor will never see your responses. Your responses will be combined with others who have completed the course to provide an overall summary to your instructor.
