The Faculty Support section of this website provides information about the Course Proposal process, Instructional Development, Compensation, and Exam Information.

Distance Education Coursework
In addition to individual courses and workshops, The University of Iowa also sponsors a number of degree and certificate programs at a distance.  These programs may be delivered to our off-campus locations in Iowa via Distance Education/Extension formats or online via the internet.
We encourage departmental executive officers (DEOs) who are interested in developing Distance Education coursework or certificate programs to contact the Associate Dean, as a range of delivery options are available.

On Campus Coursework
DEOs who are interested in exploring the offering of degree- or program-related course work on campus should contact the Associate Dean and Director, Center for Credit Programs, for further information.
